  • Do not expose to the elements

    Do not leave them in humid places and do not expose them to the elements; Protect them from sunlight, intense light or excessive heat sources, as these cause color changes and accelerate wear.

  • What items or services are covered by the warranty?

    The warranty fully covers any manufacturing defects, ensuring the quality and expected performance of our products. However, it does not cover natural wear and tear resulting from use, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized alterations made by third parties.

  • What should I do if the defect is not covered by the warranty?

    We're available to assist you with this matter. However, because we work with natural raw materials and complex processes, we need to analyze each case individually. Therefore, we ask that you contact the store where you purchased the product directly for more accurate service.

  • Can I request a repair even after the warranty has expired?

    Yes. For this reason, we developed All Care, a service specifically designed to support both products within the warranty period and those that have already expired. Products exchanged or repaired (through the All Care channel) within the original 1-year warranty period receive an additional 3 months of warranty, valid from the end of the original contractual warranty. Products repaired or refurbished after the original warranty period receive a 3-month warranty, starting from the date of the refurbishment.

  • How should I proceed to hire the repair service or All Care?

  • Is there a deadline to request the All Care service?

    The All Care service has no set deadline and can be requested at any time, regardless of whether the product is within the warranty period or not.

  • How should I transport the furniture to the repair location?

    Showrooms or authorized representatives are responsible for collecting the product and providing the appropriate instructions. Contact them directly for more information.

  • How long does it take to get my product back after repair?

    Due to the complexity of our products and the wide variety of raw materials used, the standard timeframe for factory repairs is 60 days, starting from the date the product is received. Please note that logistics lead times are subject to variation and are therefore difficult to determine accurately.

  • How are maintenance, repair and All Care services different?

    Maintenance refers to daily, ongoing care performed in the home. Repairs are performed in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping and are covered by the warranty. The All Care service is a lifetime assistance service offered by the brand, designed to perform repairs and ensure the integrity of each product over time.

  • Is it necessary to disassemble the furniture to send it for repair?

    Certain furniture must be shipped disassembled to prevent damage during transit. We recommend consulting the showroom for specific instructions regarding your product.
