NJF Indústria e Comércio de Móveis Ltda, registered with the CNPJ under number 12.218.680/0001-01, guarantees its customers a 1 (one) year warranty, of which 90 (ninety) days are legal warranty - see article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code, and 270 (two hundred and seventy) days are contractual warranty - see article 50 of the Consumer Protection Code -, provided by the Jader Almeida brand, on the items purchased, counted from the date of issue of the invoice for the purchase order.
This warranty only covers malfunctions of the parts and components of the equipment under normal conditions of use in residential environments - that is, manufacturing defects (according to a report approved by the JADERALMEIDA technical assistance department).
This warranty will be automatically cancelled if the parts are repaired by unauthorized persons, have components replaced without prior authorization from the industry, do not undergo adequate maintenance and cleaning, suffer damage resulting from accidents, falls, variations in electrical voltage and overload above the specified level, or any unforeseeable occurrence resulting from misuse of the parts by the user.
